Stellar in all regards: Services used - Plumbing, Electrical Timing - the response time is same day or next day if not an emergency. Quality of work - plumbing and electrical work are done to code, clean installation, everything is aligned, tucked away, tightened and fastened to a tee, to an art form. I open the base cabinet of my sink just to admire how beautifully the job is done - it inspires me to do better at my own projects. People - everyone I've interacted with on the phone and people who came to do work are respectful, friendly, honest, well-meaning, and are pleasant to deal with. Communication - superb. All verbal communication was restated to reinforce accuracy. The specialists called 30 minutes prior to set appointment time to inform about arrival. Overall experience - SUPERB!!!! Highly recommend. If a Beacon truck is travelling on the road and notices someone honking and waving from their car window, it's likely us. We are huge fans and it's our way of celebrating the Beacon Team! You guys rescued us more than once. We are very-very grateful for you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REPEAT..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please make sure you compare price with other service providers before you decide to move forward with Beacon. They claim to operate at high expenses with high quality, but also at a high cost to customers. I got a standard replacement of tankless water heater at final charge of 8,231.30. Pictures of bill and devices are attached. Please think twice if you just need a regular service and you may find a much cheaper price somewhere else. After contacting Beacon's customer service line, I asked to be sent an itemized receipt in which they stated they are not a material company and couldn't provide this other than the invoice written up by the technician. Attached hand written invoice and clearly same type of water heater costs 1600 at home depo but Beacon charged me 5400. Please consider twice before you choose Beacon, which takes advantage of customers who need help and push to sell service not necessary needed. You will find tons of similar complaints from BBB regarding over-charge and push sell. Strong evidence indicates their practice fits the legal definition of price gouging in states where it is illegal. Washington State should investigate its licence.

I was Freakin' so I called Beacon! They sure have a catchy motto but they were great! Josh J was AWESOME - he called 30 minutes prior to arriving to introduce himself and let me know when he was going to be here. He asked a few questions to prepare himself and he showed up right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for me to consider and explained the all-in costs so I could digest. Great communicator throughout the process and quick to take action. He worked hard and completed the replacement of our water heater within a couple hours - very impressive! Josh J made the process very easy and helped me have piece of mind that I was taken care of. Thank you so much for your great work!

Josh was the repair plumbing tech. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Beacon plumbing was very responsive, and were able to come out the same day, even though it was a Sunday.

Freakin? Don't call Beacon. I had them come in to repair my water heater while I was deployed overseas; they quoted an igniter repair on my water heater as 1500 parts and labor with a 2 week wait so we just got a new one which ended up being 2800. They instlaled directly on the floor didn't bother to install a pan and didn't bother to reply to have them put one in after contacting them to at least make up it code. Call a local plumber instead.
