Overall they’re actually a pretty good children’s clinic. The issue I had stems from a few recent 2020 visits where a provider by the name of Happy Salinas-Santos forgot many things (spanning over multiple visits) pertaining to my children’s care(ages 5,7, and 9). She forgot to call in prescriptions, she forgot to schedule their blood draw, she forgot to call me for a follow up to a prior issue, she even failed to put their referral In for grief counseling after their mother passed away in August 2020. I’ve reached out to management several times about filing an official complaint and no one has returned my emails or phone calls. She is a serious liability for the Seattle Children’s Hospital network. FYI to date, my children have still not received any counseling because there is a wait list, in addition to the 30 days that passed where she never even put their referrals in. I will continue to make noise on this issue because this is not right. If she’s doing this to my children, imagine how many other families she’s screwing over. If you go to this clinic avoid this provider AT ALL COSTS!!!

My visit was much earlier, 2018! Which is no longer Odessa Brown Clinic as it was in 70's when I was there practicing ️. So, this building isn't Seattle Children's Odessa .. However, last visit was great received a Grant of about 500 Just before the New Year Haven't been able to get the correct name of this location! It will always be Odessa Brown Clinic (for me)

The staff are amazing. They will take great care of your children. They work hard to make every family feel welcome and safe. They are respectful. I love this ciinic.
