Just moved to downtown Seattle, glad I found Don & Joe’s Meats inside Pike’s Place Market... quality is outstanding. Enjoyed a flavorful ribeye cut that melted in my mouth. Meat counter has all cuts of meat - looking forward to trying their pork. Friendly staff with top notch service.

Wow! I called to ask if they had duck, Don answered and let me know yes! Plenty. Went there and was greeted by counter staff that helped me find what I wanted for a recipe. Kind, professional and great cuts!

I have purchased poultry and beef at Don & Joe’s, and like everything in Seattle, the prices are high. However, the meats are excellent, sourced from state of Washington farms and ranches. The staff moves quickly, no time to schmooze at Don & Joe’s. My assumption is the lines are long normally, when there is no pandemic, and there is no time to socialize. I just enjoy socializing everywhere. I even schmooze with myself. It will be interesting when the pandemic is finally over in 2025 and the market is crowded.
