Great service and great product. I wanted to section off my \open\ one bedroom to make it feel like a more private and cozy space. They were able to execute my vision perfectly and they seem high quality, I hope to get many years of use out of these.

Great experience with the Sliding Door company in Seattle - love our new office doors. Great selection and options to choose from, and Daniel Rubinstein was excellent to work with. Crew onsite was professional and did a quick install.

We purchased frosted glass sliding doors for our pantry in 2011. These doors get heavy use all day long and have held up well. Recently one door started rolling back from the door jamb (not staying closed). I contacted the company and in one day they found our records and offered us free wheel replacements and our choice of trying to replace them ourselves (with written instructions) or having someone come to the house to do it for a fee (250). I am impressed with this level of customer service, nine years after we purchased their product and would gladly order from them again if the need came up.

Initially we had a hard time getting someone to help us. The Seattle store was having difficulty with employees. Kristi Kehoe ended up helping us in the end and she was great. The Pandemic got in the way of our order so it took almost four months start to finish. The installers were great, very courteous and did an excellent job! We're extremely happy with the finished product, the doors are very high quality and beautiful.

I want to concur with the recent remarks that I read about the Sliding Door company. I had my sliding door install in Aug. 2018. I had entered into a contract with them in May. While they have an office in Seattle, you will primarily deal with the company located in another state. It was kind of interesting getting the installation date set, I had to call to several numbers and it took longer than they slated. I was happy with my door in many ways. It looks great in that space. But after some months of regular use, what I notice is that the door on the frosted end holds smudges and marks. On the other end it it is like regular glass. At Instatation they give you a cloth and their special glass cleaner to clean the glass but it does not take these marks off. These are finger marks off your hand (if you happen to have more oil on your skin) they will appear. In October, a technician came out and took care of it by spraying acetone and wiping it down immediately. He suggested that we place a bigger hand grip on the door (at a cost) but I declined it because it would ruin the aesthetics of the door. He was friendly and very nice. But when I called again (the following February) to see if we could get flip the door to see and have the frosted end in the other side, and glass end as you come down the stairs, I would have to pay for a service fee of 250 to just have the technician do come out. They would have to take the whole door back to the warehouse and I am sure that would cost another huge amount. Their service and care of product remains problematic. I love the frosted glass, BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT THERE WILL BE THESE MARKS THAT DO NOT GO AWAY WITH JUST THEIR WINDOW CLEANER! I see that my doctor’s office have a frosted glass and I noted that on both sides their product have the glass finish - so I know this can be done, but not by the Sliding Door company!
