This food truck was outside our daycare. I picked up food on my way home. It taste good but my order was wrong and my beef dish has about 3 bites of meat. Again, food taste good but I had to figure out more food for dinner. A bit disappointed and I did leave a 20% tip.

I used to hate broccoli until I tried Yumbit. That broccoli made me a believer! But seriously, Yumbit is great. You get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. It's a great value for lunch, I try to hit them up 1-2 times a week when they're on Boren.
Unbelievable! I don't know what they do to those fried chix bits, but MAN are they good! Even when you reheat the leftovers the next day! Bento is a great deal!
Let me lay it out for you, Yumbit is THE BEST food truck in Seattle. Not one of the best, but the best. First off, don't let long lines dissuade you, Yumbit serves food instantly. By the time your payment is done processing, they have your order. I've seen lines span an entire block that only take at most 15 minutes. Second, the chicken is great. Its got a great flavor, its not dry, and its got just the right amount of breading, something not often seen or appreciated when it comes to fried chicken. Probably a bit better than Kai's chicken karaage. They also have like five sauces you can get for free to eat with. The other dishes are pretty good too. Minced pork is just like I've had in China, and my coworkers have never complained about the beef or pork belly. The only exception is the chicken curry which seems to be experimental or new. It's pretty average honestly, and the ratio of chicken to vegetables is too low.
Pork belly bento all day. The beef bento is also pleasant, but I've never tried the chicken one. Honestly though, just get the pork belly!
This is a review for the Yumbit food truck - long lines but incredibly fast service and delicious food! The staff are so efficient that your order is actually ready before your credit card even finishes processing sometimes. I've only been here once but will definitely be coming back regularly!
The Chicken Fried bento is my favorite. Very consistent and quick service.
