I cannot express the feeling of gratitude I currently feel. I have a very difficult situation with a loved one, and as these things go I cannot talk about this to the people closest to us. I was just at my ends. I googled, found this link, and clicked on it. There was the option for online chat and I just hoped someone would be on the other end. I was able to talk live to someone (James) about a loved one who needs help, openly and without fear of judgment. I have not become this close to a person in such a short time before.
