I'd give this funeral home NO stars if I could. After the death of his brother, a good friend and his family experienced terrible service from top to bottom. First, the director was argumentative with the widow and would not return her repeated calls. The day of the wake, the family noticed his brother's head was sunken on one side, and a beard (which had grown out and was NOT part of his normal appearance) was left untouched. (The family paid someone else to shave him.) Also, his body arrived at the church 10 minutes before the wake and mourners watched as they prepared him... Next, the funeral home did not include the two floral arrangements which should've flanked the casket, and forgot to bring the resolutions to the church for the funeral. They argued the arrangements weren't part of the package... On top of everything else, the owner of the funeral home made multiple passes at my friend and opted to call him (instead of the widow) to discuss their complaints. The family expected professionalism, kindness, and a dignified burial for their husband/brother. Instead they experienced disrespect, disregard, incompetence, and unwanted sexual advances. It's a convoluted process to report a funeral home to the Texas Funeral Service Commission, but this one is worthy of following through. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You and your loved ones deserve better.

My friend recently chose this funeral home after being referred by someone else. During what is already a difficult time, the director argued back and forth with the widow on the details, the contract did not match conversations, and on the day of the wake the body arrived late to the service. To add insult, one of the visiting church resolutions was left at the funeral home the day of the service despite being delivered to the funeral home in advance. The staff was unprofessional and lacking in compassion throughout the process. A family should not have to deal with poor service on top of preparing to lay their loved one to rest.
