Serra Volvo, and specifically Steven Guest, have been fantastic. I was shopping for a new car for my Mom and Steven was very receptive and helpful in finding me what I was looking for. Steven always got back to me promptly, and worked hard to help me find the perfect car. From the initial contact with him, to the last signature, Steven and the whole Team at Serra were courteous, professional, transparent, and fair. I have never experienced such an easy, prompt, and simple car purchase before. Even with the Stay-at-home order in place, Steven worked hard and made it easy to take care of all paper work remotely. I had a very specific build I was looking for, and Steven was able to locate a car out of state. Steven sent a team of drivers to grab it, and even had the car delivered right to my Mom's house! Unlike other dealers I spoke with who gave me excuses and non-answers, Steven was ready to go the moment I called him, and was motivated to help me find the perfect vehicle. Both my Mom and I are not from Traverse City, and I only called Serra on a whim. I am very glad that I did. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Steven, or anyone at Serra. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough. Additionally, for any detailers out there: I requested the car not be prepped or washed and delivered dirty, and they obliged! it was awesome to have an untouched car arrive and be able to correct and protect it myself. Thank you again for doing that!
