Awe yeah....carpet cleaning. Okay....placed a call early in the week....got an appointment for a few days later. The team arrived on time and started right away. I needed the whole third floor of my townhome hardcore cleaned. The previous owner had a cat that just had a ball (hairball) with the hair all over. Not to mention, the cat smell. The team arrived with their big cleaning unit and brought everything they needed to the third floor. One important note....they did need my bathroom to dump their water so I was fortunate to have one on the third floor. Just something to consider or plan of you have them come over. Overall, they worked for a couple hours power cleaning my carpet. Bottomline, well done. No more cat hair or cat hair smell. The third floor looks and smells brand new. I would use them again if I needed to.

Been calling the owner for months with no response. Way over priced. Dont even know were my stuff is located because nobody has returned my call or given me any information. Extremely slow to point were my contractor said he would finish their job just to get started on time. Def do not recommend this company at all.

If you need it done right away or with in 3 to 4 months, do not call servpro. I have been waiting since May 2020 to get a written quote for firer damage to a rental unit. Chip talked to the insurance company and they issued a letter authorizing the work, but the need a detail list of what was to be person. I can not get a written estimate to State Farm from servpro. At this point, I am not sure what to do. I did not line up a back up to get the work done. I talk to sale guy about 10 day ago and he told me he had to write it up, but I have heard NOTHING!!!!!
