It was somewhat surprising that the person I talked to on the phone to set up the sanitation appointment was the same person who came to do the job. So often a less professional employee is sent to do the job. This was not what I experienced with Servpro. The 2 woman crew arrived when expected and got right to work. I was given good details over the phone as to how to prep the area. The entire experience was stress free.

If you are reading this you likely have an urgent issue at hand so go ahead and dial their number while you read..... and here’s why. Although I have owned and managed multiple buildings, homes and rentals over the last 30 years and have had my share of “issues”. Most recently however, I have had two instances of significant water damage at my personal residence. I was fortunate to find these guys close by and have used them both times. I can’t say enough about my positive experience with this ENTIRE team. The owners, Jim and AnnMarie, operate with a level of integrity and service excellence that I’ve found painfully missing from competitors. The technicians are knowledgeable, attentive and extremely focused on assuring you can live, breathe and function as best as possible during your disruption. The team will keep you informed, keep their promises and help you navigate best options for your individual situation. They truly go above and beyond at every opportunity to do so. I’ve recommended them to my parents, neighbors, friends and associates and am recommending them to you too! I called ServPro to hire someone to diagnose water damage at my house. The agent picked up immediately, since it was an emergency on a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised. The inspection was free and they accommodated my schedule. Although I didn't end up using the service, they were very helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. Will be calling them back for sure!

I so appreciated the professionalism of SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County. I found them through the Nextdoor Neighbor website, and so glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone call with Anne-Marie, to the three guys who helped deal with my wood floor damage from the cracked toilet flange were great - personable, reliable and diligent. They were here when they said they would be here, and they completed the work in an efficient manner, leaving everything in the best condition possible for the new floor installation in my powder room.. I would use them again and recommend them highly to any who have an issue that is within their services!

Servepro of South Mecklenburg County was fantastic! My experience with them was stress free and seamless. My house flooded on a Sunday evening and they came out within an hour of me calling. Annemarie was a joy to work with and so very helpful. She talked me through the entire process and kept me calm throughout, always being upbeat and available for any questions. The employees I worked closely with, Sebastian and Ryan were so professional and efficient! I trusted them in my home when I couldn’t be here. They were willing to work around my schedule but I was completely comfortable having them come and go while we were at work. I never once felt like a burden or hurried through any stage of working with them. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They felt like friends. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed. Great service! Trustworthy company and team!
