Nice friendly helpful people. Facility is micro-small tight.. they share their dock (alley) very busy.. day cabs & box trucks in and out.. very narrow entrance.. have to be exact backing in from street.. concrete awning hangs over low in your space about 12 feet up.. fork lyfts.. stacks of stuff everywhere. Obstacle after Obstacle.. parked 53' trailers stacked around in your space too.. crazy place.. across street from back entrance to the super tight 7-up beverage facility. No street parking.. red curbs.. zoned No parking.. no median.. arrive at appointment time from Soto.. park on left side of street by entrance then walk in to get dock assignment 1st. About 4 trailers can fit in docks.. 1 truck at a time.. no room to turn around.. either blind side or back in from street.

If delivering you need to reverse from street or blind side but will not be easy to blind side unless you have day cab and trailer no more than 48ft. Street is always congested with traffic. In other words your basically doing a reverse u-turn from street.

They are very Slow check in 10am chek out 3pm . Dock very tight. U cant easily turn in park area

Tight does not even begin to describe it. If there are delivery trucks at the business across from your dock, forget about it. Backing in is essential.

If you are delivering with a 53-foot dry van you're better off backing into it. They have very little Headroom to pull up and back into their dock.
