Extremely disappointed in Shaw tv. They are usually so friendly and helpful. I called last Monday morning early to see if I could schedule someone to come out and just check our devices and tv and make sure I had everything hooked up correctly as the sound seemed a little off. He was very nice and said they could schedule me for the following Friday but that they normally charge 85 an hour for that. I agreed and the date was set and he told me Lester would be calling me the day of the service. At 3:45 Friday I had not heard from anyone so I called the store. Was told that Lester should be back to the store very shortly and he would have him call me. Even verified my phone number to me. I never got that call and of course they are closed today. So yes, I am very disappointed in them. My time is just as important as theirs and I think I deserved a phone call at least to let me know they weren't coming so I could have been able to get a few other errands done on my day off.
