It has gotten alot better there in the last couple years..i remember when there was a shooting every night. Nd alot of gang bangers..i wouldn't give credit to the wilkes Barre police but something is making it a mice place to live... Maybe its the rescue mission who spreads the love of Jesus every friday. Saturday, sunday and Monday...

This housing complex is dutty. The hallway entrance stinks. I️ Dnt live here but I️ visit some of the time. I️ wouldn’t live here if I️ was homeless..It’s not worth it to me. The Water pressure is low in the kitchen. Mice are running around because of the other nasty family’s. They dnt throw their garbage out in the dump instead they leave it in the hallway lobby. Don’t move here at all.

the apartments are vermin and mold infested. management can be disrespectful. great possibility of your apartment being burglarized with the maintenance staff the main suspects as keys were used to enter.you can't put your own locks. sorry I moved in

this complex Sucks... 1st of all they always wanna be in people's business, they come in your home even if your sleeping and dont hear them, they never fix anything they take they're sweet time fixing things that need to be fixed, but when it comes to they money they always on top of you if you dont do what they say they wanna evict you or violate you,aswell as they only wanna fix things when HUD is coming to do the inspection, if people leave the hallways dirty they wanna violate the entire building. they never paint. its awful enough that we cant paint ourselfs or fix our own apartment up,cant even use nails to hang up frames because if they do its a violation.if its not they're way its the highway. this place sucks.dont move here. the officers are very racist to african american and latinos,not all officers most of them. if your stove is messed up, they will have you pay for it, yes they give you payment plans which is great, but they're very poorly when it comes to helping people out.move to interfaith heights not sherman hills, sherman hills has a very high drug and crime rate.not a place you wanna raise your kids in, you dont feel safe from anyone not even from authority's ...shut it down ALREADY! AND BUILT A HOTEL INSTEAD OR A SCHOOL.SOMEONE NEEDS TO PETITION MANAGEMENT AND HAVE IT ALL CHANGED. WOULD BE such a great place if they did so.
