I bought sandals which were too narrow. Alex adjusted them so beutifly and professionaly! He cut apart front of it, saw in pieces of leather and punched the eye leads for shoelaces, so I can now adjust the width of the shoe! I did not expect such a professional and beautiful remake of my sandals and I was really amazed and happy when I saw them. I will recommend Alex’s Shoe Repair to everyone who needs this type of service. Thank you Mr. Alex! Great work!
Brought the shoes to get a new heal and to get them ready for the wet season. So the leather on the shoe was not supposed to get polished. He ended up pretty much painting the boot a new color. I can live with that, what I am furious about is that he broke the right shoes hardened tip. My guess is he gripped it too hard and broke the tip when replacing the heal. It's so bad that the tip reinforcement leather broke through on the inside of the boot. You can see the dent in the photo. Ruined almost brand new pair of boots.
