Went here to get 4 shoes tapped. Waited for it to be completed which took around 10 minutes. Great service, the owner was kind. I'd come back for sure. BTW, the owner of this place answers texts (at the biz number listed on Google) if you have a question about a service offered here just FYI. He accepts cards and cash. There's a bank up the block.

I dropped off a pair of boots three and a half months ago. They had to be resoled. I have been back at least 6 times. The first and second times I was told they were not ready yet. Thereafter, I was advised they were in storage, they were yet to be found in the shop or some other flimsy excuse. Beware.

This was my third place I tried to get my watch strap adjusted. He did it in five mins and cost 10. The two previous places refused to work on it because it was cheap timex. They only worked on expensive watches. One quoted me 55. This place is messy but it’s old school.

I would avoid this place. A few years ago he did some work on my shoes did an excellent job. More recently I dropped off a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. It took me calling him four times to get a response (no answer and voicemail not working) and he had the shoes for almost a month!! When I finally got a hold of him and they still weren’t ready! He said he would clean both of them as part of repairing them. When I picked them up they were both still filthy especially the sandals. I asked about it he said oh isn’t that how they usually look? He then gave me a sponge cloth and I cleaned it myself.One of the sandals involved preparing the cork. When I got home I realize he hadn’t even done that! I definitely regret going to this place again and paying the full price. BTW it was extremely expensive. He doubled his prices from the last time I was there. I thought it was worth it because before he did a good job and clean the shoes up nicely. But this was a waste of money. Apologize for not returning my phone calls for taking so long. But this is unprofessional not to mention the shoddy work. He’s not gonna be seeing me again that’s for sure!
