I needed to reschedule my appt for this afternoon because something came up with work. I called to reschedule & there is a cancellation fee of 100.00. I was not trying to cancel, just reschedule. I could see if I was notorious for cancelling last minute or not showing up at all but I have been a dedicated patient there for over 20 years and I felt this was unacceptable. I will be changing dentists because of this. In times like these with peoples work schedules, duties & locations changing, you would this that this \family oriented\ business would keep that in mind. Thank you for all the cleanings & small talk over the years. please share this information with whomever you feel. Very disappointed.

I have been to this office and I see Dr Reizenson( Dr. R) He is very attentive and takes his time listening to his patients concerns. He explains everything he is doing beforehand. If you feel any pain, he is there to help right away. I am so very glad he is my dentist. I would recommend him to anyone and have in the past and of course they love him too.

After using them for around two years and hearing how healthy my mouth was, I apparently had four sudden cavities. When asking how they missed them last time or what I had been doing wrong I was shrugged off. Before I could schedule the work, they sent me to their finance office to discuss the steep costs they were quoting for the work and given paperwork to sign. Being a skeptic, I saw another dentist who said I had no issues whatsoever after a far more thorough examination. I am disappointed that what seemed to be a reputable Dental group for years that I was nearly scammed.

Staff is super friendly! My daughter always has great visits upstairs but I had 1 encounter that left me unhappy. Luckily, Dr. Woo cares about providing pleasant experiences and jumped into action. During my next visit, before performing anything on my mouth, he sat across from me and REALLY listened to my concerns about my previous visit. He walked me through everything and genuinely apologized that I felt anything other than satisfied. His talk put me at ease and you don't find that type of customer service nowadays.
