Gus was called to come out for a plumbing problem. He said that he could have someone at the residence between 10 and 12. By 1 p.m. no one had shown up so I called him several times and each time I was sent to voicemail. I understand that a job can take longer than anticipated so this is why I waited until 1 to call him. You cannot leave a message because his voicemail is full. I texted him to see what time or if he was going to send someone out to the residence. I never received a call back or a text to say that no one was coming. He just didn't show up and didn't respond. Very unprofessional! Another plumber was hired to complete the job that he was called to do. I'm very pleased with the other plumber and will never contact Gus again!

My hot water heater stopped working. Per the control panel it needed a new sensor. The first plumber out just told me to replace. Champion came out and quoted me the replacement part. It from a repair to a replacement given the age of the unit and the part availability. After a frank conversation with zero sales pressure, I was even talked out of a more expensive alternative, we had a new water end by the end of the day. Great service. I will definitely call them first the next time.
Had a pressure valve break on a Sunday night. Called Champion Plumbing and they picked right up. Told me what to do to get through the night, and they arrived on time the next morning. They were professional and very friendly. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. I’ll definitely use them again!

We had an emergency problem where water was appearing in our basement, and it looked like a main sewer backup. We had this problem before just had a few months prior. So on a Saturday morning (my birthday no less) I sent out a frantic yelp cry to a couple businesses. Gus responses within minutes before 10am on a Saturday. He responded that because this had happened before, it was time to put a camera down to see what was going on. This was great! I like people who are trying to solve the problem instead of dealing with the symptom. I told him it was my birthday and asked if there was any way we could get a window of time so we wouldn’t have to be home all day waiting (which I would have dealt with because it was all so last minute). Minutes later he tells me he has people on the way already! He also pointed me to his website where there were coupons. What kind of company points you to their own coupons? Great ones? Less than two hours after the initial message, we had folks in our house. To top it off, they identified the problem for us. It wasn’t a clog in the drain, but we had more serious issues and took the time to explain it. He showed me the issue on the camera and he even offered to put 50% of our payment from that day’s service towards the much more costly repairs which we have to do to fix the pipe. In sum, incredibly professional, very friendly and kind guys to work with that we will use exclusively now for all our plumbing needs.
