We chose Sines & Sons to do a full system replacement for their excellent service, reasonable and competitive pricing, and the fact that they are a local community member. Going with a small business was important to us and made the most sense for a long term commitment and service relationship, despite a big box store retailer or a major installer’s slightly better deal. The work performed was completed professionally, quickly, carefully, and cleanly by their crew, all of whom were very polite and courteous. I strongly recommend and endorse Sines & Sons for your heating and air conditioning needs, and I hardly ever leave reviews for anyone or anything—they were that good.

Having issues with 16 year heat pump. Gave us a quote on repairing or replacing. That was on a Friday. Decided over the weekend to replace and called them on Monday to talk about the new system. They were able to obtain a better system for the same price and installed it on Tuesday. Stated at 9 and was completed by 3. Not easy to get items to the back of my townhouse. So far everything is great . Would recommend them to anybody.

Installed a new AC unit when scheduled and worked with us to understand the \smart\ thermostat. Very helpful. Always responsive to calls for questions/help. Not cheap, but you get excellent service for the money. Highly recommended for AC work. I would suggest they take steps to protect themselves and their customers with masks and wipes.

I called on Monday, they came out Tuesday morning, and by Tuesday evening my entire heating/cooling unit (indoor and out) had been replaced and functioning (as well as the thermostat). We slept cool that night for the first time since returning from vacation and it was AWESOME! So professional and concerned with my family's comfort. They put in my first unit 20 years ago and I was more than glad they were able to put this one in as well.

I have been calling Sines and Sons for years when our A/C has needed service. Always have been honest, professional and knowledgeable. Had problems with our 22 year old furnace and they came out that same day since we had no heat. They came to the conclusion that our furnace needed to be replaced. Greg took the time to give me difference price options for a new furnace and A/C. I made a decision and that Monday before Thanksgiving they installed our new unit. They were professional, explained everything to me, cleaned up after and I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend Sines and Sons. Thank you!
