Not good. I called to find out what services they offer based off my situation and the receptionist could not say what resources were available or how they help people in my situation. I was put on hold for too long for a simple question of what services were available. Her excuse was \I'm just a receptionist.\ She could not even explain what the company she works for does to help people. I did not wait for her to return after she put me on hold, I decided she was either too busy or simply wasting my time to avoid what she considered a difficult question for a receptionist. Apparently all she can do is make an appointment. Dont expect the receptionist to know or answer what the company does or how they can help.

HORRIBLE!!! I turned to this office for help getting out of the state and after stringing me along for almost a month, told me that DSHS couldn't help me (they went to DSHS on my behalf). When confronted, program director says they have no idea what the requirements are to get relocation assistance from DSHS even though they are contracted through DSHS. I was victimized by the very agency that gets donations and state funds to help survivors like me! I was able to bypass this office and go to DSHS and get the help that I need. And this during Domestic Violence Action month! OUTRAGEOUS CONDUCT BY PEOPLE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS BUT STILL COLLECTING A PAYCHECK.

I spoke with Bridget and she was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I recommend contacting them for any sort of domestic issues, violence and trauma.
