I never knew meditation could change so many things in my everyday life. I was actually not even sure what it was about, except it was kooky, mysterious, and not for me. Then Skip started giving me information, he ask if I would be interested in attending a zoom that he was doing. Skip is a good friend, I trusted him and I am grateful everyday I did. I have realized meditation has made me an overall more mindful person. With guidance from Skip I am happier, less stressed, and think more clearly. I will be forever thankful to Skip to introducing me to this amazing daily tool to navigate this crazy, wonderful world we live in.

In Oct. 2020 Skip Neal invited me to join him in meditation. I expressed to him how I've never been able to meditate due to my wondering mind but Skip encouraged me to give it a try. I'm so happy I did! What I discovered with Skip's guidance, I could relax and allow myself to find peace and calm, something I was never able to do.
