Sky Blue resurfaced our pool a couple of years ago, and it still looks as beautiful as the day they did it. I recently had work done on the mastic and they did an incredible job, very thorough and it improved the look of our deck, no more open spaces. We also get weekly service done and they always make it out with out having to follow up. The owner Kirk and his staff Denise and David are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Bad Exprience; they didn’t take accountability for there contractor’s actions. Their Tile Contractor used my Pool Pump to drain my pool after it rained. Sky Blue Pool told me that it was my fault for letting them use my pool pump, “I taught I was dealing with Professionals and knew what they were doing”. Needless to say the pump motor locked up causing Motor to be replaced at my expense. Oh, the Sales Rep’s solution was to try and sell me a 2,300 smart motor (NoWay). Also, the Pool Rep that came out to start the pool needs to improve in Client Relation/Communication skills. No communication, just walked around like he was being inconvenienced. After a couple of discussion with the Sales Rep, I fired them and finished last item myself (Mastic). Bad Experience and NOT SATISFIED.... and I DON’T recommend them.

Do not deal with David at all. He is dishonest, unprofessional and does not monitor the replaster process, nor know what is happening to your pool. The owner and manager are having to correct his lack of oversight. Not one step was done correctly and I let it go too long before anyone else got involved. Now my \finished \ pool has to have the plaster fixed.

I am extremely satisfied with the work completed by Sky Blue Pools. Not only was the service technician on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions, he was also very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend Sky Blue Pools to anyone who is interested in buying a pool, servicing a pool, or just needs a good cleaning. Great design work!!!!
