The slug lines are locations where drivers looking for a third person for the HOV lanes on 395 meet with people who need a ride. This slug line takes you to \Bob's\ which is Springfield Plaza and to Rolling Vally commuter lot. The drivers will pull up and call out where they are headed and how many people they can take. This line gets a lot of traffic and moves quickly from 4:00 until 6:00. The line forms behind the second parking meter back from the south west corner of the intersection.
