Absolutely NO accounting of where money is going, poor customer service, slow disbursement, and did I mention POOR customer service... and when I see that old-bat who answers the phone there I got some words for her (kind words, because you have to kill rude people with kindness)! Do NOT use this service!

My sister is a client of Smile. Recently I contacted the person who handles last names beginning with H. I called to speak with her, she was rude and nasty and acted like I was asking for my sister money for myself. Very unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor she hung up on me and than kept sending my calls to voicemail. Have yet to hear from her or supervisor. And now my sister money has been cut with no reason why given. Currently looking for a similar service anything but Smile
This is the rudest agency ever! People wonder why you don’t deal with your own people when it comes to business and people like the rude lady that answered and rushed me off the phone are the reason why! Do not do business with these people! Mr. Sharp you’d better get your lady in check, because she needs phone etiquette 101. Do not patronize this awful business.
They never answer the phone, no monthly report outs or personal login, no website available to monitor financial distribution. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND POTENTAL FRAUD!!! Never provided business documents stating they were taking fees and have neglected to advise to time sensitive emails regard payee's account. Further investigation should be made on this \company\, how can this company handle payee accounts but never provide valid information regarding where the funds are going. This company seems to be very misleading.
Donot use this company when they get benefits they act as tho it takes a week to do a direct deposit when it really only takes a few strokes on their computer as soon as murtis Taylor start taking ppl my client will be changing his payee Donot use this company!
