I've been coming to this location for the past year, it was very apparent that the quality of the smoothies have decreased here. At the beginning, the smoothies were great!! However now, plenty of times I would have solid banana pieces at the bottom of my smoothie and today I didn't have any bananas at all (yum protein mix drink with ice). Maybe it's because of the lunch time rush, which explains the longer line, but I still expect full quality when I pay full price. Next time I will be asking for receipts.

They are not organized. When I came in, there was only one other customer, and there were three workers. I had to pay with cash because their card machine was down. It took them four minutes to hand me back my change. The cash drawer wasn't even in the register. It was sitting on top of the counter. They took so long to make my drink and I didn't receive a receipt. This location just seems so unorganized and chaotic. Twice have I come in and saw a worker sitting on the counter(the same worker). I wish I had taken a photo. They need someone from corporate or a secret shopper to come and observe to re-train these workers.
Was a Tropical Smoothie Cafe kind of girl, but the 32oz Metabolism Boost Mango Ginger and spinach smoothie is my new jam! Soooo good! No sugar!
jamaya is rude and unprofessional and laughs at customers when she messes up their orders. she is lucky she didnt get a smoothie thrown in her face.
