Highly disappointed with the staff inside the rental and ticket lodge. Customer service makes or breaks your experience and this broke it. Family of 5, 3 new to skiing and 2 who haven't been in 20 years. Yes the mountain was perfect for beginners. The staff were to much in a hurry to even ask, how are you. They gave us snow boarding boots and it took about 15 minutes to realize they were snow boarding boots, not ski boots. Even after telling the people at the front desk we could use some help, no assistance at all with getting the boots on. Its not rocket science but it would have been nice to know if we did things right. Arrogant would be how I would describe the staff inside. Outside the staff were great. Be prepared to spend 100 on food if you plan to eat there. And its not good

Took the family tubing, and it was awesome. However..... parking is an absolute freakin nightmare!

Heading there currently for a Valentine's day night ski and you can't get ahold of anybody. Not via email, like they suggest, because it's been 2 weeks with no response. Not by phone either. Tried 5 times back to back today, not to mention the other days attempted. They just want your money! They do not care about customers, customer service, or even skiing/snowboarding because it's just business. Highly suggest not going, but I have tickets so I'll see how the mountain is

Horrible customer service response. I called several times for questions about the Magic Carpet for my 4 year old & each time the automated message said the best way was to email. So I emailed...several times...with zero response. I ended up just buying 2 magic carpet tickets in case I needed one to ride with my son. When we got to summit central (1:2 areas open the day I went) the Magic carpet never opened. I spent the entire day pushing my son up & down the hill by the magic carpet, hoping that it would run...it never did. I sent an email to the designated address they shared to see if I could at least get a refund for my ticket (I was willing to give up the 20 for my son for using the mountain), again I received ZERO response. Overall, because I was the magic carpet for my son, he still had a good time. Great beginner mountain, horrible customer service/response. Don’t bother paying for the carpet until you get there & verify it’s actually running that day. Your better off getting the workout pushing your kids up & following them down. Snoqualmie - if you want to get a hold of me I’ve sent at least 4 emails. Search for “drumaratz” in your inbox.

Long informative review. I recommend this mountain if you need to get a quick fix or you’re learning/teaching. The mountain jumps from super beginner friendly to intermediate pretty fast in my opinion. You will run into a lot of beginners stuck mid run since the runs are steep and icy. If you’re intermediate rider just stick to the stuff away from the beginner areas. (PSA to beginners, work the steep section of gallery before going to top traverse it’s steep and icy right after the flat section) The guest services/ticket line is really messy. They could do with some sort of system along with some updates for the lift lines. The fact their aren’t greeters to help direct people is an oversight. I think the staff is generally hands off in a somewhat bad way. If you just wanna check this mountain out or get your snow fix I recommend twilight since it starts at 2pm. I’ve never had a problem getting a parking spot in the afternoon. Central is fun if you work the left side of the mountain. However if you’re planning on spending a whole day here I think it’s better spent elsewhere unless you’re committed to checking it off the list. As for teaching someone to ski or snowboard this is the place to do it though. The progression from the green runs to blue top traverse is perfect so long as you build the needed foundation. Main complaints - Random pedestrian or family members standing on the run. - People stopping midrun to hike up a section again I know this stuff happens occasionally but it’s magnified at snoqualmie lol
