I ended up booking an entire trip around this experience, so my level of curiosity, safety concern and Covid guidance were pretty thorough. These guys know what they’re doing, they make you feel welcome from the online booking till you’ve checked the epic experience off your list. Due to safety concerns (at no fault of their own) Ben had to make a quick recommendation at the mountain to lend me my own snow mobile rather than double seat option we had booked. I don’t think I would’ve dared or enjoyed the experience of a lifetime if it wasn’t for Ben, he was extremely thorough in his lesson despite it being quick, caring to assure we still didn’t miss out on the 2 hour window we booked for by giving us the time we lost towards the end. They assure safety through and through, which is a huge task to achieve considering they also have to account for CoVid restrictions. It’s a must, don’t miss out, trust their expertise and be ready to have a mind blowing experience. Novice no more, see you next time Ben & Snow mobile VT team.

Fun trip through the woods with beautiful scenery. Luke was very attentive and good with beginners. The meeting room and bus ride were a bit cramped for covid times. Not allowing the riders and passengers to switch in the middle of the trip is a weak policy and should be changed especially with experienced riders.

AMAZING time. Would highly recommend this adventure. Our tour guide was Cody. He did an amazing job showing us the beautiful snow scenery of the National Forest. We had a blast. The snowmobiles have heated handlebars. The company supplies helmets. We dressed like we were going skiing (but with an extra layer underneath). It was 10 degrees when we went--and we were not cold (but would recommend bringing hand/foot warmers to stuff in gloves and boots). Cody was awesome. I will do this again when I return to Vermont.

Went here on Valentine's Day. All of the employees were extremely friendly and the sleds were in great shape. We were put into a group of 4, where 3 of us had never touched a snowmobile before. After the first 30 minutes we were able to hit some open areas and got up to 40mph, which was an unexpected surprise. Our guide was super professional and constantly checked on us to make sure we were having a good time. Definitely will go back the next time I'm in the area.

Very good trail conditions and a lot of work done for customers safety! Very professional and polite guides on the track! A lot of fun!!! The only thing I definitely would notice is that people at the hotel trying to sell you a special winter gloves but no one really tell you that handles for DRIVER on snowmobile are heated very good and you probably wouldn’t need special gloves for 35 if you are driver. Regular winter gloves will be just fine. Heating can be adjusted also. So I spent extra 35 but would be fine with gloves I brought with me form home. Otherwise I’m satisfied. Thank you.
