Had to apply for Med B and had left a form out of my package. They were great about allowing me to fax and giving me a number. Later, when I called to verify the changes had been made, Ms. Allen checked and found an issue. She was gracious to set in motion a resolution and asked me to call back in a couple of days to make sure it had been completed correctly.

Today I Spoke with an representative by the name of Heather out of the Griffin office. My home office is in Morrow where I have been trying to fix an issue with my SS retirement account for over 3 weeks.
