I don't know about the other reviews, but I've always found the agents to be quite engaging and willing to do what's in their power to help. The ONLY reason I'm holding back from 5 stars, and this is NOT the agent's fault, is because some training is needed on crucial programs like the PASS program, etc. which helps you earn to save for goals without affecting benefits. ALSO, detracting because of the Appointment backlog. It seems appointments should be preferred over walk-ins and yet you have to wait a month to get an appointment... it kind of defeats the purpose. Again, though, never had a bad in person experience.

I have never experienced a problem here. The workers are very nice and very respectful considering the amount of people’s they services daily. Very fast and informative. Come with all your paperwork and perhaps copies. Ask them for copies of what you have filled out. This will CYA in case your paperwork is lost by them.

Employees are rude, hours are inconvenient (e.g., 9a-12a Wednesdays? For what practical reason, honestly?), wait times long, atmosphere is as unprofessional inside the agency as it is dangerous outside of it... Agency needs more efficacious managerial oversight. Definately don't recommend unless you have the patience of Job and time to throw away.

Surprisingly not a long wait at all. In New York I waited up to 2 hours to be called. It is what it is.

People are rude, slow and don’t really care about people that they serve. They don’t really master well what they are doing. When you different windows, they tell you different things. In that case, you don’t know what to do. You have to go there a number of time before I could what I need. They have to be retrained, specially a young lady who thinks she owns the window where she sits.
