Dr. Neve gets it! He understands first hand what it is like to wear hearing aids. He has been helpful in the past to make the experience more comfortable for me. That's why I tracked him down after he left the provider he previously worked for.

Very professional and attentive service. Received an unexpected follow up call from Dr. Neve about a week after I picked up my hearing aids to see how they were working and if I had any questions. Because Dr. Neve has worn hearing aids for a long time, he was able to demonstrate certain skills and answer my questions on the best way to put them in, take them out and maintain the hearing aids. I will strongly recommend them to my friends and family.

This place looked neat and has a friendly helpful staff who are willing to give you the best of all kinds of hearing services. The audiologist literally didn’t make me feel that I was stuck with ear-flax but rather inspired me with his past experiences with same kinds of ear problems. I came in to this place with a waxed left ear, but the results were outstanding and now I can hear very well. I would recommend whoever has a ear problem to go this place ( Sound hearing Instrument) to fixate your ear problems. I am thankful for what they did to my ear that helped me a lot and now I can hear even a droplet of water. Thank you Staff of Sound Hearing Instrument.
