This is THE place for your pet supplies. They have everything. Always fun to look at all the different creatures they have in store: whether it's cute rabbits, hamsters, or birds, fishes, turtles, snakes and so many more! Better to support them than big pet co. IMO. And they have a great customer program!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff! I picked out a sweet little bearded dragon to bring home with me and they gave me tons of info and made sure I had everything I need for my new little buddy!

Great pet store! Not a corporation, plus run by people that not only love animals but whom has extensive knowledge about all things pets. Good customer rewards program. Also only pet store in VT that I've found that the crickets for feed do not die two days after buying them. Buy up to 100 Crickets and maybe 2 dead after a week! That's out of this world, and something you ain't finding in any of the competitions

We are very disappointed with our recent purchase. We bought a leopard gecko almost 2 months ago. This was our first ever experience with any animal not a dog or cat so we were not entirely knowing what to expect. Our gecko was small for its age, but again not knowing what to look for we didn't think anything of it. After several weeks of the gecko barely eating anything (worms, crickets, beetles) we thought we just got a picky eater who was still stressed about a change in environment. A friend came over and was shocked at how small our gecko is! For his age, about 15 months, he should have been twice the size he is. We brought him to a vet who told us that our gecko had Stick Tail (crypto) which is incurable and can be fatal to the gecko. They said that it was most likely contracted at the store as it is extremely contagious to lizards and snakes. Many other frustrations could be added to this review but for the sake of time will be left out.
