Very impressed with their service! We are 1st time home buyers and are definitely feeling over our heads. We were able to get John from Amelia's Home Inspection scheduled for an appointment within 2 days of calling/scheduling online. John was on time and had already started a quick run through of the house before my wife and I got there. He was very thorough and gave great recommendations to move forward with. He checked dates on all major appliances laser leveled the basement to make sure there was no issues with the foundation, and gave us ideas if we should consult with other trades (electrician, plumbing, etc.). The inspection took about 90ish minutes and we received the report within 1-2 hours. Overall, very impressed and would definitely would use again if we look at other houses in the future! P.S. John also sent us links on discounts for appliances as well a rewards card! Great job and thank you for all of your help!

John did my home inspection over the weekend. He did an awesome job for me. I asked him to take a bunch of extra photos for many items that need maintenance and improvement. Now I have a check list for when I move in. He cares a lot and it shows. Highly recommend him!
Great job! He was there early and already inspecting the outside when we got there. He told us what we needed to repair and the sellers took care of the majority of it. We are loving our new home and I would most definately refer you to anyone I know in need of a home inspection.
