South River Marina the nicest in the area. Period. It's VERY well kept, lots of upgrades, well thought out improvement for slip holder enjoyment, docks are Trex deck... No more splinters , bathrooms & showers are updated, clean and fresh, has a super cool pool in a floating barge!!!, the marina has numerous outdoor cooking areas/gazebos, amazing full service shop and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Location is amazing...located in a protected, scenic cove right around the corner from the Chesapeake Bay, minutes from many dockside dining,crabs,music restaurants, numerous fuel docks & a 20 min boat ride in a cruiser from downtown Annapolis. 10 min in a go fast boat . This place is a great dog friendly, family marina. It's awesome!!! Happy Boating! ️

I was at South River Marina from 2004 until March 2019 when I sold my boat. I highly recommend this Marina. I bought two boats from this marina, and I had all my boat maintenance done there except marine navigation electronics. I had no issues dealing with the South River Marina management and staff over the years. They were always professional and helpful. The facilities are well maintained, and in some case remodeled, as in the restrooms and showers. In 2018 I had my boat hull painted by the marina and they did an excellent job. The marina is in a great location for fishing and cruising, and you can usually take your boat on the South River if the Bay is too rough. I would go back to this Marina if I bought another boat.
