My son is stationed in Oregon with the Coast Guard and found a car at South Tacoma Auto. He asked me to check it out ahead of time. I worked with Don Spier who was honest & friendly and gave us a great deal. The financing Manager, Rob got us in and out and found my son a great rate. My experience was absolutely Incredible and Amazing from start to finish! I was greeted and helped immediately. Carl Jackson assisted me with the sale of my vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle was impeccable! He was kind, thoughtful and hilarious. He made my experience easy. I have NEVER had a more Incredible experience buying a car in my entire life!

Hands down- the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. No high pressure pitch, no pushy sales people. I went in for a more expensive car and left with a cheaper car, newer, lower miles and a warranty. Unbelievable values and prices and outstanding customer service. Our sales rep stayed with us the entire day and never made us feel like a burden. Car was priced under value which removed the need to negotiate and removed any potential stress on overpaying. The warranty just made an already great deal, irresistible! Generous lifetime Powertrain with option to expand coverage at cost which we took total advantage of. Our new car is protected for life!!!
