Disappointed as the don't help with criminal cases as all information leads me to believe. Can't even get a referral. They only handle civil cased

They do not know about Deaf Rights. They put us right in debt without fighting. They have ruined our lives. Donate more money to Deaf Organizations to be stronger!!! That is right. They still know nothing! That's why we need more money to donate to Deaf organizations. So, we can hire our own lawyer instead of referring to others for nothing!!!! Thank you.

The value of going to ask for help because you have low income and denied because of other people that live in the household. The representative said that anyone that lives in the house, brother, girl friend, roommates needs to provide income. You’re basically telling me to lie about my status to get help even though people live in my home, they still count. The rep even admitted that yeah people lie even though they know they know they have the income. Awful that the advocating group has lost its values and is just help in name and if you lie. So read this first and understand to get help you must be dishonest. I hope this helps those who truly need it
