I like the new walk-in service format at Crossroads, they worked me into the schedule for a routine oil change and also got my state inspection done in less time than estimated (Thanks, Melissa). They have the most comfortable waiting room in the area. The service managers make it convenient to keep updated via text message.

I like dealing with people who go out of their way to make you a happy customer. Customer lounge and bathroom's are always clean. Coffee and drinks are free in the lounge. Great service in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.
