The place we stayed was small but great except that when we showed up it was dirty, our WiFi was out for days, and cable in one of the rooms, they didn't seem like they cared at all. Bad customer service over the phone - NO one even asked if we checked in or out.. supposedly if you checked out early you could win free trip? No contact about that.. very expensive with cleaning fee and service fee... Don't know if I will use them again...?

When we checked in there was NO AC on 2nd and 3rd floors for 3 days. Their response? "Well the last tenants didn't complain"!! It was 90* upstairs! No cleaning supplies, no dish soap, no trash bags, flimsiest broom I've ever had, which was just great to sweep any sand that came in the house...this was for a 'luxury' rental and their attitude was defensive or petty excuses. Roaches in the kitchen. The door to the master bedroom was a key pad, and it locked us out so they took it off and didn't replace it so we had a hole in our door. Beds had only a single sheet and we were told "everyone uses the bedspread for more cover". (Bedspreads that never get washed). I'd give them NO stars if that were possible. Worst management I've experienced.
Horrible Exsperiense!!!!!!!!! We are a family who drove 12 hours to enjoy a vacation get away. This Southern Vacation Rental company was so inconsiderate of a family and a sick child. We heard every excuse possible, to try and passive us. Do not rent with these inconsiderate money hungry people. The lady Shelby and Kelsey who answered phones were beyond any help, not sure if they got hired 1hr ago, but clearly don't care about their guest.
Rental agency caims to not have fexiblility to move dates due to contract with owners. If you end up needing to move the dates you will have to file a claim with the renters insurance. Rental insurance does not allow for cancelation of policy.
