Andrew was super easy to work with. We ended up showing up a little late to our scheduled time. Andrew was still happy to take us out for a test drive. We loved the car, so his team stayed late to make sure we could take it home that night. Fastest sale I’ve ever done. And easily the smoothest. There was no pressure and everyone seemed happy to help us. We will continue to use Andrew and his team at south town for our friends and family and future cars.

We Dealt with Steve, Chris, and Mark. Unfortunately they were not willing to budge much on price, however that being said all three of them were honest and upfront with us, they were not trying to pull anything on us, just as we were not with them. Unfortunately it’s rare anymore to have that kind of transparency. I would 100% recommend going to Southtown for your next vehicle! Our Dealings with Mark in financing was amazing, he explained everything perfectly and is a very honest and respectful man! All in all, it was a smooth process.

Shane was great to work with, no issues with the sales guy at all. I’d give 5 stars but the finance guy was less than helpful. Gave zero cares in the world that I was there, took an hour to get in even though I showed up promptly for my appointment. He didn’t ask me about about a down payment. He printed off all the documents and then I asked what about my down payment. He said everything is already printed and I didn’t know you weren’t going to put a down payment on so it was a tough luck situation for me. So to save 5 minutes and 50 cents worth of paper that’s the route he decided for me. Seemed like he was not having a good day, I get it but don’t put that on your customer buying a brand new truck. Why would you have a person with this personality in such a key position? Treat people how you want to be treated, not like garbage.
