Not a good experience for my wife. I purchased a gift card for the 60 minute Essential Facial for 95. In the printed description of the service that I was given, the 60 minutes included a facial plus shoulders, arms, and hands massage. The attendant rushed thru the facial in 45 minutes and said the service was complete. If my wife had not insisted on the full 60 minutes and the massage, she wouldn't have received it.

ZERO STARS Received a gift certificate for The GRAND INDULGENCE package. A 230 value. Tried for months to get an appointment that fit my schedule, basically a Saturday To no avail. Went online, called finally decided to go in. Well they no longer offer massages, the receptionist was a complete ditz, called one owner and they said they would refund my money, called the other owner and he said no refund. We just bought the place in April, take it up with the previous owners, yet they are operating under the same name. And they are still advertising MASSAGES on their face book page. Contacting attorney General tomorrow and the better business bureau.
