Apart from the excellent, responsive customer service available 24/7 the prices are ludicrous. I had the most BASIC internet and cable plan available. Included was charges like \Sports Surcharge\ to cover special sporting events like the Olympics....which occurs every couple of years. Why would there be a 7-8 surcharge/month for something that ISN'T airing? Would only recommend if not concerned with expensive bills that escalate higher and higher with continued service. Prices seemed reasonable the first 6 months, then bill continued to rise every few months or so. Only discontinuing service due to moving out of the service area.

Had Cable One for 3 years only because AT&T want able to bring service to our apartments. We had issues with their supplied router from the start. From there we went around and around until finally we moved and got a much better deal through AT&T. I can definitely say that Cable One's saving grace is good customer service. There was always someone available to talk to and the technicians were always present in the time frame they were scheduled. If it came down to it I would use Cable One again, but I would definitely check out my other options before committing to Cable One.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with! I signed up for Cable after a couple of years of paying for Internet only. While speaking with a Sales Rep. he assured me my bill would not have any extra or hidden charges. I specifically asked so my bill will be X amount every month right? Yes of course! He assured me. First bill came and there were almost 50. of extra charges not including installation fees that I was told I wouldn't have to pay. All together an additional 130 on top of the quoted price. Also my monthly bill is at least 40 more than I was quoted. And the channels you get are not worth what you pay. I recommend you find another provider!
