Five stars is not enough! If you want exceptional quality, professionalism, excellent customer service, then this is your company. We got the pool of our dreams, the ladies at the office were always professional, courteous, responsive and always so helpful and the workers who came to our property were always courteous and always cleaned up after working. There was never an issue with any of the county inspections and all inspections passed with flying colors and we can’t say thank you enough to this company for giving us a beautiful pool. Mike, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with and was always honest and responsive to us with our questions. Thank you to Mike and your staff!

It is with great sadness that I have to write this bad review. My husband and I are former business owners and I do support local, privately owned businesses. This company was hired to resurface our swimming pool in Venice Florida, the work began in September 2020. Due to shoddy workmanship a new salt generator was installed incorrectly. The generator was incorrectly wired to the wrong voltage. The shoddy workmanship caused a blockage in the pool popup line. Many service calls to remedy the problem were blown off without notification from the company. Recently the owner wanted to suggest an option for us. Due to the previous history of lies, we asked that any proposal be put in writing, to date the owner has refused to provide any proposals in writing and is failing to honor the company's warrantee. Buyer beware, find another pool service contractor.

We needed to have our pool replastered. It was looking pretty bad. Mostly stains. We called 3 companies for estimates. One was twice the price of Sparkling Kleen and the other 3 times the price. The 2 higher priced quotes included replacing the edge brick pavers which are in excellent condition just not curved on the edges. Sparkling Kleen said that there was no reason to do that. They work with travertine a lot and those edges aren’t curved. We decided to use Sparkling Kleen and are very happy with the results. Everyone involved was helpful and pleasant. Workers showed up when promised and took pride in their work. Work was completed within the stated timeline. The tile guys even waited out a thunderstorm in order to finish instead of calling it quits for the day. It has been 2 months since the work was completed and we are very happy and the pool looks like new. Highly recommend and thanks to everyone involved.

They do have poor communication. They do not clean up after themselves. My new surface has a rust spot now. They rush work and do not pay attention to detail. If it wasn’t for the rust spot I would of given them 3 stars.

We recently had Sparkling Kleen Pools & Spas resurface our pool. We were very happy with the end result. The pool looks great! They were very neat, timely, and did an overall excellent job.

We were told the work would be done before a small get together we were having. We discovered this company has no communication. The men who came to remove the old pavers didn’t remove all of them. We told the group who came the next day. Still not removed. The next day, Thursday, they came to put down pavers but couldn’t because the old ones were still there . I had to call to get them to send someone. They then spent the day removing the old ones. I was told Friday afternoon that the work would be done and the pool cleaned. The pavers weren’t finished so the pool couldn’t be cleaned . Saturday morning the pavers were done- but then no one came to clean the pool or put the cage back together. The family get together had to take place on the lawn. Left messages assuming we’d get a call Monday morning with apologies- but never heard a word. When I called I was told someone would be out Tuesday. No one was at all concerned about our problems. At this point, no one is here. The pavers aren’t finished, the pool is filthy and the pool cage is missing screens and doors. Also some installed pavers aren’t even. There appears to be no over sight or communication with this company.
