Every time I come here everyone is really kind and helpful. I had an allergic reaction and they were wonderful about making sure I was ok and monitored me until I was feeling better. The technicians are so wonderful. I feel like I'm well taken care of here.

My appointment was great! The ladies were sweet and my rad tech was great. A wonderful and clean facility. This is where the stars are coming from. The billing though.. I booked my MRI since they told me insurance would waive my deductible. Okay. 4 months later I got a bill from them and have been fighting their billing department and my insurance for well over six months because of this. Then sent me to collections, even after a rep from my insurance called them. I am very disappointed with their billing as my rep from insurance reached out to them several times to hold my account and they didn't. I hope this is finally resolved between their billing and my insurance. If it wasn't due to this major hiccup, they would get 5 stars.

I am VERY Claustrophobic and the wonderfully amazing woman that took care of me made sure that I was comfortable and okay the entire time!!!! She saw that I was wearing a t-shirt that said “The Beatles”, so she then asked me what music I like and if I’d like to listen to The Beatles. My Dad passed away and The Beatles were his FAVORITE of all time and I grew up listening to them. So it was extremely comfortable to just power through the MRI. The only thing that I could say that would be a good idea for them to change, is do you have either better headphones, or get the type of headphones that go over your ears to block out the really loud noise of the MRI machine because it’s REALLY LOUD!!!! I would absolutely recommend Spectrum Medical Imaging Center

Great staff and great equipment. If you haven't had a mammogram in a while, GET ONE! You will be surprised how much easier it is. They have come a long way, rounding corners and padding the glass. Mine really wasn't painful. I know, I couldn't believe it either.
