Hello everybody, I have purchased two vehicles from Spradley Bar. On both occasions I received amazing service. My Dealer, Joe Diaz is an awesome salesmen very patient, not pushy and is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles he showed me. Joe answered all my questions and made me feel very secure in my purchase. Not only did he get me the price I wanted but he also gave me a great offer on my trade in. Tbe paperwork seemed to be completed in record time...I was very impressed how fast Joe is with the paperwork. I did have an issue after I bought the truck, I made a phone call to Joe and his response was let me call the service department and get this fixed for you right away. Tbere was no delay in making it right, that is something that isnt seen very often in the car business. Also when i took my truck in to be fixed the service team did an outstanding job with the fix. Very perfessional and courteous staff, they treat you like you are part of the family here. And because of this they have a new loyal customer. Thank you for the service, support, and great deal....D
Every once in a while... someone working in service deserves to be noticed... Gary Stecks at Spradley Barr is one such person.. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting on my Toyota being serviced and heard nearly every conversation and phone call Gary was engaged in... What a PRO!!! He handled everyone with a calm, deliberate tone as he explained their situations... This guy is the real deal... Give him a raise or a bonus or something.... I’d keep him happy if I were you!!!!

I took my NEW Ford Explorer in last Friday morning for its first oil Change and check up Everything went smooth and I was in and out. I sat in the waiting room and even got to catch up with my salesmen Oliver. I appreciate how well I was treated and taken care of they even had time to give my beautiful white Explorer a quick wash.
