Called to see if they would be able to repair something of mine, they were very rude. I can’t say anything about their work because I never had them doing anything, but I know they were very unappreciative of possible business.
I would have no problem telling people to steer clear from this guy. He's a know-it-all who couldn't listen for a minute to what was needed to be done.
Patient with questions, talked to me not at me as other techs have always done. Fair price and kept me abreast of costs. Would return and recommend to anyone. I would assume these bad reviews were people with chips on their shoulders who appear never taught manners and the wisdom not to talk down to clerks. He seemed sharper than he looks and meticulously detailed in his explanations here.
