We were seen in a timely manner however the man working there should try a little tact when working with people. My son and I felt insulted today, our circumstances weren't considered when it came to him judging what we can afford to wear on our feet. I can't believe I have to go back in there.

my experience with this guy refers to a VA referral for shoes to correct a leg length discrepancy. i went to this guy, got two pair of shoes, and for the first time in years, could walk mush better. problem is, 3 months later, the soles were wore off. i called the guy, who told me to come back and he would replace one pair of shoes \at his expense\ so i got another pair in a couple of weeks. 3 months later they were wore away. i went to the VA, with the shoes. they sent me to another place in town. i got quality shoes, that have lasted me over a year. THIS GUY IS RIPPING OFF VETERANS!!!!
