Springs Ranch is a gorgeous facility. I cannot say enough about their caring staff! Karan, Sherry, Shirley and Jessie make you feel at ease with the exceptional care that they deliver. I would highly recommend the building, the staff as well as their amazing food. They seem to ease the family’s mind during a very difficult transition.

The Best Kept Secret in COS! Faithful staff, no smells, good care plans. Nothing is perfect and there are always changes & issues that arise but the response to everything has been wonderful. There is confidence in Management, Communication and things seem to work out. Staff seems happy.

In looking for a skilled nursing facility due to a recent Stroke, which now requires a G-tube, the facility was not comfortable with this level of care because I am half pleasure feed and G-tube feed. It was more than they are equipped to handle at an expense of over 6,500/ month. If you are an \easy\ care for this kind of expense, they seem happy to help.
