I am very impressed with the caring staff, residents and management. Everyone has gone above and beyond to assist my aunt with getting acclimated to her new home. All the staff introduced themselves and explained the role they held, residents welcomed her and invited her to join them for meals and activities. Our family had toured a number of facilities but none compared to the customer service we received from the staff at Rockford Supportive Living. I was skeptical because of the location but after learning the building is secure and equipped with security camera's the customer service won us over. My aunt has been living at Rockford Supportive Living for six months and could not be happier. I highly recommend Rockford Supportive Living to anyone looking for supportive/assisted living, the staff/customer service is what makes this facility stand out from the rest. Thank you for making my aunt, family and myself feel at ease and happy when faced with making a tough decision.

I live here at this place and as these places go it is a pretty decent place. You can get the staff to work with you if you ask real nice. I still say they could do a better pizza crust though. Just saying , something just doesn't taste right. It is too tough. Could try a different recipe maybe?

I have been living here for about 4 months now and the staff has been very helpful during my troubling time of transition. Thank you very much for your kindness and patience with this frightened resident. I appreciate all the staff. I hope you enjoyed your employee appreciation lunch yesterday. It was well deserved.

The staff here provides me with excellent overall care. The nursing care is excellent and the CNA's respond quickly to the call lights. The food is great and is always warm when it is brought to my table.. I love the desserts. The Administrative staff is very fun and friendly. I have enjoyed living here over the last two years.

My Brother Tim moved to Rockford Supportive Living 6 months ago. Rockford Supportive Living made the move easy and helped us with the Medicaid process. The staff go above and beyond to help Tim, assisting him with his finances and shopping. I would recommend Rockford Supportive Living to other family members and friends.
