Awful place!! If you love and care for your elderly family members, do not put them in here! It is run like a fascist regime. If you complain, they will kick you out.

We never got a chance to experience anything but headaches with them, serious problems with customer service and comunicación, needless to say very rude personnel. Oh and they don't tell you but they charge full price for half of room, I don't know how they are getting away with it. The woman name Elizabeth is a liar too. Also don't believe nothing Pablo says, he is just clueless.
