I asked to have the heel replaced on a pair of boots and he not only did that but gave them a "bath" and polish...like new! Highly recommend! Also, reasonable price!

Winters are so harsh on shoes in MN, and it’s great to have confidence that I can bring any shoes, from dress heels to casual boots, and get them looking liie new. They are also honest when things are beyond repair, and offer fair value for great quality and service. Thank you and keep up a great job. ————- The new owner of this business is amazing. I drive from Excelsior to Waconia as this is the only place where I'm consistently getting great service and repair quality that lasts! Highly recommend this local business!

Brought a sewing machine here for repair about a year ago. They did a good job and it was adorable, but took a long time. I hadn't heard back from them in a month and finally had to call and ask before they finished it. Looks like they're always busy!
