I had a really great experience at St. Cloud Subaru. Their vehicles all very well priced, and I walked away with the best deal on similar 2019 Foresters within 100 miles, according to cars.com. I worked with salesperson Joel and finance manager Mat. They were kind, patient, and very pleasant to work with. Joel was very responsive to my calls and texts and able to answer any question I had with lots of facts to back it up. He clearly has a great understanding of Subarus and just loves them. Very pleased with the experience. Jeff Maxwell treated us with respect and patience. He asked us numerous time if we had questions and if we wanted to look at anything else. Before the test drive he made sure we were comfortable with the car. Going from a 2005 to 2021 vehicle there were a few changes. Plus he did not hurry us and let us test it without him. It was a pleasant experience.

I bought my first Subaru in 2017, and I loved it so much we bought another one the same day. This is our fourth time buying a car at St. Cloud Subaru, and we will always be back. Not only are we extremely happy with our subarus, we are always so impressed by the amazing staff here. Today we were buying a car because my wife was in an accident and our beloved Impreza was totalled. (Also it's worth noting that the safety features in her car likely saved her life that night.) Every person who talked to us made sure to ask if she was ok, asking what happened, and expressing their condolences for the loss of our car and for her injuries. Mat in the finance department was a huge help during this process as we figured out insurance and financing our replacement car. Joel is a terrific salesman, and he was very attentive and patient with us as we searched to replace the car we never wanted to have to replace. He listened to our wants and needs, and ultimately found my wife her dream car! Then we heard that the sales manager was working like crazy to get us a low rate on our loan, so we could have some good news after all the bad from losing our car. St. Cloud Subaru has ALWAYS been a place that has gone above and beyond for our family, and today they did it again. If you join the Subaru family, I promise it will be the best decision you've ever made.
