The \SELECT FILE\ button on the rewards website does not work. This button is required to function in order to complete the rewards redemption process. When I called support and they told me that I need to use Google Chrome in order for the button to work. I recommended that they add a line below the button to at least notify users that they should be using Google Chrome as to save them the frustration and extra step of calling or emailing their support center. The agent responded that it wasn't her department. Fine, but what really upsets me is that there is no reason they can't hard code that button differently to make it work for Safari or other non-Chrome browsers. I feel the reason that the button is coded to malfunction with certain browsers represents a general lack of care on the part of Bausch & Lomb or worse, an intentional effort to discourage their customers from being able to complete the rewards redemption process. Bausch & Lomb, do not ignore this feedback. Fix the button. Thank you.
